Here we highlight some of the artists, craftsmen, ruffians, roving magicians, and other eminent people who earned the adoration of the curators during their brief (or not so brief) stay in the quaint guest lodgings over the past decades.

Some came to the Mountain on their own volition, but most came floating, lost, down the river, just like Aldous. The Goldberrys reveled in their hospitality and asked not for payment but for stories, works of art, photographs, and other news or memorabilia of the broader world.
